Artur Moreira was born in 1976 in the town of Governador Valadares in the Brazilian State of Minas Gerais. 

Raised in a smaller Minas Gerais town of Nova Era, Artur learned early the concept of the haves and have nots and today uses his much of his time to help those in need.

 

Artur finds great fulfillment with volunteering his time in several charitable endeavors listed below.
